My Journey

My career started at the lab bench researching human health concerns:

  • USEPA–biomarkers of exposure to polynuclear aromatic hydrocarbons (PAH)
  • Shriner’s Hospital for Children–immunological changes in severe burn victims and diet-based therapeutic approaches

From there, I spent nearly 20 years in the Environmental Consulting industry, helping teams identify and quantify health risks from chemical exposure.

Over time, I became the go-to person for internal documents, client- and regulator-facing content, and training materials. That’s when I realized I could turn this blend of science and communication into something bigger.

Today, I partner with science-driven brands to deliver strategy and content that’s accurate, engaging, and aligned with their business goals.
